Sorry for not chiming in earlier, I was flying home yesterday from Maryland. I agree that Diana needs to be replaced. I also remember her asking for someone else to take over also so I don't think replacing her will be a problem from her standpoint.I see no reason that it would cause any bad feelings. If you think Jenn is willing that would be great but whoever does this has to be willing to committ, and we have to make sure as Karen mentioned that they are not going to fade away. I am not sure how we can do this with any degree of certainty though. As far as the TAG back issues are concerned. I though Erik's plan had been working out pretty well. I don't see a reason to change anything except the person handling the TAG's. If we do have so much inventory that we need to recycle then we should take David up on his offer and send the rest out to anyone else to distribute them rather than junk them. By the way, David I did not know about your back surgery. I hope you have a speedy recovery, I am sure December can't get here fast enough for you! However, I think that decision to "recycle" should not be made (unless you guys feel we have to do it now) before we replace Diana. It might be a good test for whoever takes this position to see how they think inventory and storage should be handled going forward. Just my thoughts, Larry --- "S.
