The question before the Board is this:

Proposal: that the Board enters in an agreement with Cheryl Rogers, and authorizes upon-completion-of-work payments to her of $720, for the layout and editing of issue 21-1 and on a recurring basis for subsequent issues until either party terminates the agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement without cause.

I make this clarification to ensure that the official minutes reflect that our operations are in accordance with the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
