I like your changes on the noise -- the basic point is a good for goose and gander thing.

This contract would require the AGA to purchase insurance. What's that going to cost? I have no idea how much is "amounts sufficient to provide coverage for any liabilities which may reasonably arise"

We've never been required to buy insurance before. I think this should be off of their nickel-- subtracted from the space rental, or something.
