Hi Everyone, Here is the response from the Sheraton. This time with the changes properly tracked in three colors. It appears that they are not very flexible, but as I mentioned before that may need to be weighed against the primo location ( 6 blocks from the Aquarium) and the discounted room rate ($109). Any way, they rejected almost all of the changes as you can see but they did accept my minor revisions to the dates of the acceleration of the cancellation clause. They also accepted the minor change (bilateral)to the noise clause. They rejected the food and bev exclusion of taxes and service charges but when they put it back in they did not add gratuities which at 20-22% are the largest amount of the three so I will just leave it. They rejected the striking of the insurance so I guess we need to ask how much insurance is reasonable? I am still not sure about that. They also added back in our responsibility for attendees damages which I also unsure of. What else am I missing here? not sure so I hope you guys can go over this carefully.
