That's terrif. One last thing. The will take deposits ahead of check in but  the person might not find out that there are restriction on refund until they check-in. They have to tell folks about the early departure charge -- technically, you can give a deposit and not get your money back if you can't come, even with advanced notice. We don't have to put more inthe contract, we jsut have to make sure that folks know this up fornt so we don't have and Rob and Wendy Winers complaining they didn't get a refund.
