[AGA-sc] Con-Head List

Erik,

Can you remove evryone that has not repsonded recently
or that we know will contribute from the Con-Head
list. 

You can send the list of folks that you are not sure
of to this list and we can try to sort it out.

We can add back folks later if they respond back, but
I don't want to have our information leaked out
prematurely and if those folks aren't volunteering I
see no reason why they should be included on these
conversations.
