Hey Guys,
Quick update on the contract. I have had additional
discussions and then submitted a new version of the
agreement. Then our contact went on vacation for a
week. Finally today they responded back.
Please see my changes in highlights. There is still
the issue of them not wanting to count the
"Gratuities" towards our $4000 food and beverage
committment.I estimate this to be around $880 and I am
not happy with this so on the fight will go.
You will also notice that I added back in some verbage
about us being able to request additional room blocks
if we exceed our blocks they
added if available which
I am fine with.
There are some other minor changes that you may or may
not have seen before. Take a look again and make sure
there is nothing else we need. If we can come to terms
on the $880 I am ready to move forward. I guess I
will use my personal credit card info to guarantee.
