Hello Mr. Lampert,

 

I am contacting you regarding the guest room block at the Sheraton November 13 – 16, 2008.  Attached is a day by day grid which lists the number of rooms reserved each night. At this time you have picked up 58% of the contracted room nights and your cutoff is 10/15/08.

 

Per contract, the group will have two opportunities to reduce its commitment w/o liability, on or before September 25, 2008, up to 5% and on or before October 16, 2008 up to 5%. Not to exceed a total of 10% total.  Please let me know if you expect to fill all of the rooms contracted or if you would like to reduce your room block.
