The only thing that would apply would be if he came in before the 11th. It 
probably won't be an issue as you said but I wanted to keep you up to date 
since this was new news.

I have also added some extra room nights on the 11, 12 , and the 16th so that 
folks can get the rate and we can still get credit for them. They should show 
on the web by tomorrow.
