Are any other volunteers or vendors getting comped banqs?

My understanding was that the hotel was the killer for Luis, not the reg cost.

I think we should refund on request any Reg before the convention that is not going to be used. maybe even after --it's not like Banqs where the AGA might be out of pocket. Even with Banqs, with certain situations, we won't necessarily be out of pocket if we refund.

Putting this to the Board for an executive decision.

I know that the policy has been that vendors pay for their own banquet,
but if Jeff brings someone with him from ADG to help him out, surely we
would comp that person a banquet because ADG is donating so much?

Like, did anyone hear whether Luis was coming?

Phil has a registration ticket going spare because Catherine can't come.
He offered it to Bailin, but Bailin didn't take him up on it as far as I
know. We could ask Phil whether he would give it to Luis.

Otherwise, I definitely think we should refund Phil's extra tickets. No
point in paying twice to volunteer for the convention!
