The MASS Secretary of State web site is kind of funny. Sometimes I'll file and the the filing won't show up so I will have to refile. That's happened a couple of times (always save your receipts folks ;-) ) This is the first time they sent a letter saying that the filing due in the coming November was due. Guess they wanted a head start before the holidays.

Seems MASS was getting antsy for it's annual filing (they sent a letter), which isn't really due until November, so I went ahead and filed. Cost $18.50.

Receipt attached. Anyone can view the filing by going to the web site, searching for our organization and then doing search for Annual Rerport Filings. This link ought to do it:

Click on Annual Reports near the bottom of the page and then select View Filings. The 2008 filing won't be posted unatil it's formally accepted. Idon't know how long that takes.
