If someone isn't there when the stuff arrives to recieve it and remove it, then yess, there is usually a handsome fee. If we intend on paying such fee, we shuld understand what it is before hand -- otherwise, the holtel can charge whatever they want at the time and there's little we can do about from the bottom side of the barrel.

I would think that the hotel has a recieving area/loading dock that will be able to recieve pallets/ large packages. I would also assume that they will bill us a fair amount for recieving such items.

I told Jeff Senske to coordinate the recieving directly with Merry Herron at the Sheraton.
