A lot of stress on Amano's part but seemed to be joy for the small army of eagerly interested folks clustered together to straighten  an ever so slightly bent rod. It was like watching 5-year olds in a soccer game, all swarmed on the ball, when only one could actually handle it at any one time.

In 2004, it was more than a bit stressful for all the ground crew to deal
with all of his official ADA parephenalia, some of which was damaged in
shipping, I recall.
