Re: [AGA-sc] Formal motion to invite

I will vote yes to Scott's motion (revision of Karen's MCM addition motion 
adding Ben and Sean), with the change that Efren has already been asked and 
accepted to join the MCM.

I will abstain from Karen's motion of adding Phil to the board. 

Both motions pass, Scott's 5 in favor 0 Oppose

and Karen's 4 in favor 0 oppose 1 abstain.

Just to be perfectly clear here. My abstainment has nothing to do with Phil who 
I do hold in high regard and do support being invited to be on the board if he 
is interested.

Who would like to let Phil know about the invitation?
