But I think they should have charged for the room… he did
use it, just late. I had specifically told them to hold it; we didn’t
want it cancelled. It’s probably pushing it to call it an “early
check in” at 6AM the next morning. But, if Larry can sell them on exchanging that for their screw
up on Monday, so much the better. Dr. Tan is such a nice guy that he didn’t
complain at all, but he was sick, and that he had to go find himself another
hotel that morning really bothers me. Karen From:

Hieber That
would do it if he didn't come in until the next day. If the room wasn't cancled
in time it would be charged. Still, since they screwed up on his Monday
reservation, maybe we can get them to drop this one charge. sh From: Karen Randall <krandall@rdrcpa.biz> They MIGHT have counted Ben Tanʼs
room that way, though it shouldnʼt have been an extra,
it should still just have been a normal room night. I purposely
went to the desk Thursday afternoon and told them that his plane wasnʼt
arriving until close to midnight, so that he would be a late check-in.
They asked me what the latest his arrival would be, and I told them that that
was the best information I could give them, it depended whether the flight got
in on time, but whatever time he got in, he would need the room available right
then. I know he didnʼt get to the hotel until 6 AM
(the flight was majorly delayed). Could that be it? Karen From:

Hieber Okay.
I'm okie with everything on the Hotel bill except the $117.72 charge re Nov 14
for GTD No Show. Anyone know what that is for? It's the amount of
a roomnight an appears to be a charge for someone showing up on
Friday?
