Ummm. Letterhead? Sure. Standard? Hard to say. We all tend to just make it up as we go along. Same with the budget. Do what you think will get the best results, using common sense as your guide. :-)

I will send you the letter I sent last time. Let me know if you need more sample TAGs or cover photos.

Do we have a standard letterhead file laying around that I can give my printer?  I just happen to have a nice print shop next door to my office and their sales rep is always trying to get business from us/me.
