[AGA-sc] Annual Mass Filing

I have filed the required Annual Report with the Massachusetts Secretary of State. Fee $18.50. This report is due on or before Nov 1. I waited until today because last year I filed in October and Mass. counted the report as for the prior year.

 

Go figure.
