I believe there is a section on this in the krib.

It has been revisited many times on the list, so will probably be in the
archives as well.
I believe it is flubendazole that treats it (be careful a carcinogen) and
possibly some curative effect with fluke tabs but they don't work as fast
or effectively. Dosing and where to get....check the above references.
