Re: Snails
I kept a male blue ram in a tank with guppies and tons of snails. This was
between 'conjugal visits'. He made a major dent in the snail population all
on his own. He ate newborns and the smaller ones. The big ones I took out
by hand. Unfortunately he was a confused gentleman who tried to herd all
the baby guppies to his side of the tank and keep the adults on the other
side. So for kindness sake he now lives elsewhere. :)
Guppies do not understand 'Cichlid' and his life with them was rather
frustrating. I still do not have snails in that tank though.
