I do feed beefheart to my fish, not alot but enough to know that they
love it.   Guppies, killies, tetras, corys, angels, discus, apistos and
some african rift lake cichlids as well.   I have never had a problem
with it.   My fish eat it very quickly and readily.   If they dont eat
it all, you do have to remove the excess quickly as it will foul your
water pretty quick.   So all those fables about not using beefheart is a
bunch of bull.    I have a friend who uses it as a main staple of his
fishes diet.   His fish are absolutely gorgeous and huge.   You cant
imagine how big Blue Gularis get after being fed beef heart.
