non apisto query (sick dwarf pike)

Ok, apologies to the sticklers, but I'm very concerned about my dwarf pike
(green), it's very listless, gasping, and has a swollen stomach (but the
scales are laying flat against the body).  Right now, it's resting on the
bottom, (which is very untypical).  

This fish is in a heavily planted 68 gallon tank with some cardinals and
four discus.  the ph is 6.8, temp is 81, and the nitrates are around 5-10ppm

Ideas anyone?
