The two biggest things you can do to speed things up, as long as water parameters are correct , is water changes and lots of live foods i.e.: mosquito larvae, black worms etc. after that just wait for the inevitable. water changes and lots of live food are a sure fire way to get any little dwarf cichlid to spawn. This replicates the rainy season( high influx of fresh water low microsiemens) and availability of food that comes with it.
