Unusual Foods
The fish in my tanks are addicted to "Kalles", which is a
Swedish caviar-like product that is squeezed out of an
aluminium tube (Any Scandinavians on the list will know
what I mean) My partner is Swedish, and we spend the
Summer there (great fishing) which is where I came to
love it myself. It is meant to be spread on crackers, rye-
bread and such, and contains Cod roe, potato, dill and
canola oil.
I really cannot properly describe how much my dwarves
love it. Irrespective of timidity, every fish is happy to
be hand-fed this stuff, and will frenziedly chase my
hand around the surface.
Anyone else inadvertantly discovered fish delights?
