Whatever is on sale, hehe.Just kidding.Let me see, here's a list of what I currently feed: BBS live and decapsulated BS frozen with Omega 3 oil,Spirulina added BS live(my Discus love the hunt) Daphnia frozen Red wiggler worms (live) Krill frozen for red color Mysis shrimp frozen White worms frozen Wattleys health Discus community food for red color also(my apisto love the stuff.I got good color and growth feeding it combined with krill)I hope ol Jack sends me some free Discus for promoting his food line here again :). Cichlid chow Tetra color bits Spirulina flakes I don't feed Beefheart to my Discus it fouls the water to quickly in a planted tank.I mentioned here before that I'm highly allergic towards Blackworms,Bloodworms and tubifex.I just read again last night about the bad effects of Bloodworms on fishes digestive track.Trust me I lost a lot of rare fish due to over indulging on the darn worms.Looking at my fishfood bill I 'll probably start mixing my own fish food soon. Oh yeah anybody out there wanna buy a can of cyclop eeze,I pay shipping.
