Re: Fish stores in Toronto

In Toronto, depending on what you are looking for, the Aquarium Services
stores in Mississauga and on Steeles Ave. W. are worth a visit. The
Mississauga store has a lot (and I mean a _lot_) of South American
Loricaridae (however you spell it). The Steeles store usually stocks
various species of Apistos.

I can't recommend the other Aquarium services (otherwise known as Big Al's)
stores in Scarborough or Brampton because the fish are not kept in good
conditions. The Brampton store often imports Apistos from Germany but they
all seem to be in really awful shape. The Scarborough store specializes in
Africans.
