Re: A. Elizabethae "White"?

Hey Eric,
being a somewhat new guy I don't know if there are different types of A.
Elizabethae but, the ones I've seen usually go for about 60.00 a pair. As far
as their conditions here's a piece of conversation from the Krib.

My    A. elizabethae   spawned some time tonight.  I went in to feed justnow
and I couldn't find one of the females of my two pair.  Of course I'mthinking
the worse....that she jumped....when all of a sudden she popped herhead out
of the top of a potted plant and her ventrals were as black ascoal.  I
investigated the pot and there was the clutch of eggs (about25-30)!The bad
news.....I had just gotten the fish 5-6 days ago and they were in apH of
about 6.5 when I got them.  I have been slowly lowering the pH to theeventual
.........oh...... 4.8 or so but I haven't gotten there yet.  The pHis about
5.9-6.0, microsiemens about 50, now.......don't know if the eggswill be
viable at that pH........but, it seems as though I have a compatiblepair
anyway!!

don't know if this helps any but, for 10.00 I'd think I'd grab them.
