Apisto eggs usually take 2 days to hatch, at which point they develop as wigglers for another 5 days. It takes a full week from spawning for their young to become free swimming. As Yvan said, it must be at least a week ago that they spawned successfully to have some fry now. You may have just missed the wigglers until now. It surprises me that she would spawn again while caring for young though. My females usually wait till the current batch disperses after a few weeks, or I remove them, before spawning again.
