Sleeper males

Hey all,
	I have a small spawn of A. cacatuoides that is about 4 months old. I have 1
male, and 7 "females" although I suspect I have at least one sleeper male. I
removed the dominant male the other day and I was wondering how long it will
take for the sleeper male (if I have any) to color up?
