treating for fin rot

Ive got a couple of blue rams in with three gouramis
in one of my tanks (20 Gal. Long) and one of the
gouramis appears to have fin rot... ive had these fish
for about two months now, and only one gourami had it
and none of the other fish have picked it up... in the
last week ive done two treatments of Tank Buddies
Fungus Clear (active ingredients:  nitrofurazone,
furazolidone, potassium dichromate). It looks as
though its continuing to get worse. But none of the
other fish in the tank have picked it up?  Any
Suggestions?
