Apisto "Inca 50" in Aqualife 2002/7

Last saturday, while showing apisto-list lurker Luis Morales around
some apisto shops in Tokyo (he has videos of the fish and prices!),
I was looking thru the Japanese mag aqualife, and it has a photo of
a fish they call "Inca 50" (actually, they only write it in kana, so
it could be Inka 50).  The article was from an expedition in April to
Peru. I found a japanese web diary that claims someone bred it in May
(?) but no online photos.

Anyone know anything about it?
