Thank you for the tip. I will try your
suggestion to see if I can get rid of them completely.
My aggie tank has a good amount of Java moss in
addition to a load of live plants and brown oak leaves. I am probably
dumping too much bbs at a time since the little guys actually survived without
any bbs while I was gone for a week (they became free swimming while I was
gone.) I marveled at the fact that they had enough to eat on the moss and
oak leaves. They were at least a few days into free swimming stage by the
time I found them.
