RE: Tropical Leaves (not oak/beech)



The leaves I got are from Surinam South America. They are known as
Indian almond leaves, tropical almond leaves, or wild almond leaves,
their scientific name is TERMINALIA CATAPPA L. They work better than
peat to add tannins to the water, they don't last as long as oak leaves
but they seem to add more to the water they should to grow in Venezuela
since Surinam is in about the same zone.  Take a look at:
