Actually , just tell the truth, keep the reciept, and declare them.....
so long as they arent on any CITIES list... you're fine, oh and tell
them the fish are for you aquariums, not for resale or anything... also,
salt water fish are a no no i hear to bring back legally..... but like
the border guards know the difference..... i tell them i bought fish a
some pet stores and am bringing them back for my tanks at home...... I
never have a problem coming home from Montreal.
