Matt,
Earthworm flakes is simply a fish flake food with earthworms as a
substantial part of the composition. The kind that I am using is made with
fresh earthworms as an ingredient, which in studies has helped spawning
frequency and size in some cases. And of course a nice compliment to a
varied diet for your fishies. It's not a usual pet shop item around locally
in my area, but online is another story.
