I will not hazard a guess right now. The photos don't show any combination of features for a satisfactory ID. It definitely is an Apistogramma. It doesn't have enough anal spines to be Apistogrammoides. I would suggest that you wait until the male grows a little larger & 'colors' up. The best guess that I have now is that it is some form of the eunotus-complex, but that is just a guess.
