Michael F Jacobs cannot be reached by email and this is causing the
list owner some grief.

If anyone knows how to get a message to him, please tell him
his email is broken yet again and I can't accept any more subscriptions from
that address until the problem is rectified. I also respectfully
suggest he get a backup email address, such as a so-called "free"
web email box with juno.com or hotmail.com
