Hi Ed, Kaycy here;

I had fed my apistos for almost a year with the earthworm flake and found
they enjoyed it quite a bit. I too, got good batches of fry and very healthy
fry and adults! I would start the fry on the live baby brine until they were
approximately 2 weeks old. I would then change them over to the crushed
earthworm flake and I could see a difference in the growth of the fry once
switched over. I used it on all my other fry as well after this.

It is a good product and I have only found one place to get it and it is
more expensive than regular flake.
