Hi Ed, Kaycy here; I had fed my apistos for almost a year with the earthworm flake and found they enjoyed it quite a bit. I too, got good batches of fry and very healthy fry and adults! I would start the fry on the live baby brine until they were approximately 2 weeks old. I would then change them over to the crushed earthworm flake and I could see a difference in the growth of the fry once switched over. I used it on all my other fry as well after this. It is a good product and I have only found one place to get it and it is more expensive than regular flake. Talk to you at PCCA.
