This is day 6 of the spawn. As of yesterday the female is no longer

Regarding your questions, I would say she probably moved the fry.
Take as close look at the gravel and see if any are there. You could 
also carefully pick up the cave and peer into it. The temp should be fine
as regards mortality. Worst case scenario she ate the fry. Is she flaring

around the tank? chasing dithers? etc. Does she show a threatening 
pose?
