You may have low General hardness (Ca++ and Mg++) but high alkalinity (CO3 --
).  You may have an above average oncentration of Sodium bi-carbonate.  You an
redue this alkalinity easily using muriati acid.  You will need to experiment
carefully with it, and keep good records of what you are doing.
