You may need to contact them again and it might be possible that it
wasn't available yet. I have found that to happen at times. When making
your order make sure that the info says that it is ready to be delivered
in a few days. Otherwise, if it is something that isn't immediately
available, it might take awhile. Definitely conatact them to find out
what happened.
