Both sides of the argument have valid points. IMO, as long as the accused
is a list member, complaints should not only be acceptable but encouraged
here. This offers the possibility for a response by the accused, while at
the same time uncover those individuals praying on unsuspecting hobbyists.

Always ask and check for references before mail ordering from anyone.
