I'm a HUGE Vibragrow (the variety marked "for cichlids under four
inches," of course) fan. I've fed it to borelli and caucatoides, both
species had good color and growth. Now I'm trying it on rams.
Disclaimer: I have never tried to spawn these fish. I don't know their
nutritional needs during the spawning period.
