I've been in the LFS when they were unbagging fish.  Some of the wholesalers 
are using bags that have a built in black lining in the bottom half.  The 
problem I can see with solid black bags is that I don't think they are "poly" 
bags.  Poly bags are selectively permeable to O2 and CO2.  Other materials 
probably are not.
