Levamisole is very active and safe in nematode infections.
Unfortunately, it does not work for flukes and tapeworms.
Praziquantel is one of the best choices for these other
two parasitic diseases. There is no single compound that
effectively works as a general dewormer, specific infections
need specific medications.
