Yes, this is one of the things I mentioned to Uwe. He said there will be one in
the 2nd edition, however.

Yes, he has photos of species pictured throughout the book, in places other than
their own section.

Helen says that an English edition probably won't be out for a year. After
checking with the publisher, I have to agree. They say that the manuscript is
still with the translators. Like, bummer, Man.
