Next Tuesday is our November GSAS Meeting, featuring Diane Elliott
speaking on fish health.  Diane is a professional icthyologist, as well as
one of the co-founders of GSAS back in the early 1970's.

We will have Jewel Cichlids as our Fish of the Month.


For interested travellers, the following Sunday the 14th will be a large
auction held by the Vancouver Hobbyist group, over at the Vancouver
Aquarium.  I went to one of their auctions a year or so ago, and had a
great time.  Vancouver is a goldmine for Killifish folks and plantkeepers.
