Meeting on Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at 7:30pm in the outer commons area of our
"new" (as of this club-year) meeting place at Seattle Pacific University.
This month's meeting is a Swap-Meet and Ice Cream Social. Of course, the
ice cream is for everyone. If you'd like to participate in the swap-meet,
bring whatever extra fish, plants, and/or equipment that you'd like to swap
and come with your spoon-in-hand (just kidding, spoons are provided.)

BE CURRENT. Susan Welenofsky, our membership coordinator, will be accepting
membership applications and renewals between 7:00pm and 7:30pm just prior to
the meeting. If you have any questions about your membership status, please
contact Susan PRIOR to the beginning of tomorrow night's meeting.
Due to scheduling issues, Nominations and Elections are being held on the
same night this year. Nominations will be received for board positions 1,
2, and 3 whose two-year term runs from August 2005 - June 2007.
Board Position 1 - Currently held by Bob Holmes - (Retiring)

Re-election)
Board Position 3 - Currently held by Susan Welenofsky - (Seeking
Re-election)
Remember...
* Your dues must be current in order to nominate someone for a board
position.
* The Nominee's dues must be current in order to accept the
nomination.
* If you are unsure whether or not someone would be willing to serve
as a board member, then PLEASE check with them FIRST before nominating them.
* Any qualifying member who wishes to self-nominate may do so.
* Elections will take place immediately following the nomination
process. If a nominee is not able to attend tomorrow's meeting, that person
MUST personally contact one of the Current board members BEFORE THE MEETING
to accept their nomination.
So, please make plans to attend, get involved, and watch our club grow! The
doors open for the general public at 6:30 so come a little early and get
acquainted with others that share your love for all things aquatic! Check
out our website for directions and other interesting information at
www.gsas.org .
We'll see you tomorrow night!
