meeting



I probably wont be able to make it tonight.  We made some changes to our   
scale system over the week end and I need to make sure that things are   
posting correctly.  They usually finish up between 9:00 and 10:00 at   
night, not a good time if you want to be in Seattle at 8:00.

We have about $4,100 in our checking account after paying all of Karen's   
expenses.  Meeting rental has been paid through November.  Scott and   
Heather need to get on the signature card for the bank and Erik and I   
need to be removed.  To do this, we need the minutes from the meeting   
where the motion to change signers is passed, then take them to any   
Washington Mutual  bank along with either Erik or me and get the   
signatures changed.
   

Banking software.  I have been using Quicken 99 to keep track of the   
books.  I looked for an export to an older format and couldn't find one   
so either Scott starts fresh or we get a copy of Quicken.   I have been   
keeping the membership list in Access 97, and the same applies there.

What else... Mailing labels.   I can print the next batch of labels, but   
need to know if there are any new members who signed up at the last two   
meetings?
