Hi guys, We just got back from vacation (though not officially until Monday). Couple of things regarding the newsletter: 1. Good news: Found out that envelopes from office max are about $3-4 per 100, so I think next year we can just mail them in envelopes instead of the fold-and-staple rigamarole we've done since forever. All those problems with returned newsletters, copies arriving with just the cover, membership cards disappearing, etc.. all gone. This also means... full cover now! which means... need cover art! :) 2. Our CostCo membership is up in August. I'd like to put forward a motion to the board to reimburse me the $40 for last year's membership: I basically got the membership because of the cheap xerox rates (I estimate that we made back the $40 in two months of newsletters). I'm asking now rather than at the next meeting, so I know if to proceed and purchase another year's membership.
