Board meetings etc

Hey all,

You know it is kind of ironic reading all of this discussion about board
meetings via e-mail.  It seems like the discussion about e-mail board
meetings is really a board meeting.  I think that we have been having e-mail
board meetings for quite some time. I think that the discussion of issues
here is good, and should expedite our board meetings.  However, you are all
assuming that all board members have e-mail.  I don't recall seeing any
e-mail from Anne or Victoria? Are Bob and Scott their proxies?  What about
future board members?  Will they feel excluded if they don't have access to
e-mail?

Also Smoked Turkey from Seattle Super Smoke sounds excellent.
